Kaleidoscope: Evolving Perspectives
Youth are filled with curious, innovative, brilliant and thoughtful ideas. There is a significant impact when youth are not only asked about their passions and perspectives, but when they work to develop and share those ideas to a larger audience.
This is an annual conference created for youth by youth. We create a space for youth to engage with new ideas and inspire them to take action, think creatively about their future and navigate rapid change. To date we have served over 1000 students and established 10 community partners. We aspire to improve each year, learning from experience and building on it.
Conference Objectives:

Stimulate and celebrate the creative ideas of youth

Connect youth from different backgrounds and cultures

Work with a generation of problem solvers, critical thinkers and innovators to make the world a better place.

To create an environment where youth explore encounters between people, communities, cultures, geographies and within themselves.
This year, our theme is Kaleidoscope: Evolving perspectives
In 2025, our conference celebrates the ever-shifting nature of ideas, identity, and understanding. Much like a kaleidoscope, which transforms simple pieces of glass into dazzling, complex patterns with every turn, this theme emphasizes how perspectives evolve with time, experience, and dialogue. Through diverse talks by students, educators, and thought leaders, the event explores how embracing different viewpoints can lead to deeper insight, innovation, and empathy.
